Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy on any orders that were damaged during delivery.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We understand many of our customers are collectors and expect new books to be in excellent condition. If we receive a book from our distributor that we deem having a grade lower than 9.2 we will reach out to let you know and work on getting a replacement as soon as possible. We do not ship damaged books.
Exchanges
The quantity of books we receive from our distributor is typically based on customer subscriptions which at times makes it difficult for us to quickly replace a certain book. If you received a damaged book that you would like to exchange, please contact us right away at support@horrorcomix.com
Refunds for Damaged Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@horrorcomix.com.
Refunds for Subscription and Pre-Order Items
Subscription and Pre-Order items can be cancelled if it not less than (5) business days from the release date stated on the item page. If the release date is sooner or has passed please contact us to see what we can do.
To cancel your subscriptions, go to the Your Account section of our website and click on My Subscriptions. From there you can edit or cancel all of your current subscriptions.
